We are a rapidly growing accessibility contractor in need of a part time concrete specialist. We are looking to add someone to our team on an as needed basis as we have concrete needs. We pour a lot of small jobs. Small walkways, 4x4 and 5x5 pads and landings, small ramps etc Most often these are a broomed finish, but occasionally we will do a simple exposed aggregate finish. Our business is entirely focused on helping serve our disabled and aging in place neighbors who need the solutions we provide. You must be able to excavate and prep a site, form both straight and curved pours, do quality finish work, and leave the jobsite clean.
We might have a job come up every week or two. Due to our contracts with our state and federal govts, we need this person to be a W2 employee on our payroll. You must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from the jobsite. We will pay for your windshield time and provide a fuel reimbursement, no more sitting in traffic on your time and dime.
We will provide all needed tools and materials. We will pay well for a high quality, motivated, and independent worker who is reliable, personable, and of high character. We work throughout snohomish, skagit, king, and occasionally pierce county.
We are a rapidly growing young business, so there are certainly opportunities for advancement for the right person. Ideally you would be located in the Lake Stevens, Marysville, Snohomish, Granite Falls, Arlington area. Must pass a background check as required by our contracts.
