Owner/Operator seeks experienced technician or coachable trainee.
Duties include:
Driving a large truck or small van
Responsibly executing cleaning services
Working safely at extreme heights
Awareness of jobsite hazards
Lifting heavy equipment
Using arms all day
Short friendly interactions with clients
Ability to think on your feet and make proper decisions based on each unique property
Protecting safety of people and property in the work-zone
Combine difficult labor with engaged waiting
Punctual ability to analyze and describe processes and quality control
This position has room to grow into a supervisory role.
In the meantime you will be working directly with myself, the owner, and I need you to:
Demonstrate personal integrity and trustworthiness.
Manage stressful situations and changing priorities effectively.
Anticipate, recognize and resolve problems.
Be responsible and accountable.
Use organizational skills and provide attention to details.

Inexperienced trainees in an assistant position can make up to 25/hour after 90 days
Experienced person that successfully executes a supervisory role will make top pay after 90 days
Schedule can be adjusted to the right candidates availability. Normal hours of operation are Noon-3:00am Monday-Thursday with 4-10 hour shifts
