Mobile Home Park needs a part time person to do general maintenance, landscape, repair and clean up tasks.
The right person will be able to work independently to complete a variety of tasks involving, painting, demolition and hauling, roof and gutter cleaning, and landscaping (mow, trim, weed and blow). Duties may include general maintenance, light electrical and plumbing depending on experience and skill level.
Truck or trailer for hauling and your personal tools are a plus.
