Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
-Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, small electrical, and general building issues
-Conduct inspections to ensure safety and functionality
-Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace
-Communicate effectively with team members, tenants, and management
Requirements:
-Previous maintenance experience preferred
-Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-Clean background report
