Quality Control Inspector, M-Thurs 4-10's day shift

We are searching for a quality control inspector to be in charge of quality assurance of products, samples, inspections and measurements to meet company standards. As well as management, distribution and education of parts. Working hours are Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shift starting at 6 am.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily unboxing, repacking, and assembly of cargo for ongoing warehouse quality assessment process. Conduct daily in-house quality inspection from cargo received from overseas.

Ensure incoming products have consistent color tone to match approved master panel.

Responsible for overseeing the products’ quality, packaging and shipping mark details.

Provide product measurements for new products and monitor consistent measurements of reordered product.

Ensure samples are inspected timely and counted before truck loading process for trade shows.

Manage parts inventory, receiving, pulling, and distribution to customers. Provide education and identification of parts for customer service and others.

Maintain clean, organized and safe quality control and warehouse environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education and Abilities

Previous warehouse experience preferred. ERP system a plus.

Ability to demonstrate quality assessment skills to justify our products quality requirements and standards.

Entry level computer skills including Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail, quick learner, and self-motivated and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to lift, pull, push and handle products up to at least 100 pounds and 80 pounds frequently.

Ability to stand all day, maneuver and travel throughout the warehouse.

Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack or other warehouse equipment proficiently.

Ability to measure products accurately.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
