This is a unique opportunity for the right individual and must be the right fit.
We are looking for someone trustworthy, with their own well-kept travel trailer, to live on our commercial property located in Puyallup in exchange for the ground maintenance of our approximately 2 acres. The upkeep of the grounds would consist of mowing the lawn as needed, trimming weeds and bushes and blowing off any debris on the asphalt drive (these tasks average out to be only a few hours a week during the growing season). As our tenant, power, water, and sewer hookups will be available for your use, as well as garbage service. This is not a paid position; however, you will only be responsible for $125 a month toward your own utilities. You must supply both business and personal references and you must be able to pass a background check.
