We are a growing company that is doing more and more water mitigation and restoration. We are looking to potentially add another lead position.
The requirements: pretty standard for leads who have done remodel work or restoration work. All of the below skills are not required but are common skills that would be needed
Demo residential and commercial, Install LVP flooring, remove/replace/install cabinets, remove and replace base trim, remove and replace appliances, install doors, hang drywall, mud/tape/texture, paint.
This position would not be required to do the water mitigation/ demo part. It would be expected that this candidate would support that side of the company at times of need.
It would be most ideal for the candidate to have an understanding of water mitigation as well, but not required. They do not need to be IICRC certified in WRT but past experience or a strong understanding of water loss and/or mitigation would be ideal.
Would require the ability to drive. This can be personal vehicle to jobs and/or company vehicles.
Compensation: Base offer $28-$38 depending on experience. Compensation packages can vary depending on employee choice and/or skill level: salary, bonus structures, medical, gas cards, etc.
We are based out of the Lynnwood/Bothell area but service Seattle, Sammamish, Everett, and Arlington. We have a wide travel area. We provide all types of services for our customers. We have become a full package service company for some of our larger customers.
