Pay: $43,000 – $50,000 a year (DOE) (plus annual bonus)
Job type: Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (some flexibility)
Work setting: In-person (hybrid option available after 90-day trial period)

This role is designed as an entry-level opportunity for exposure to legal services. We will train the right candidate to build skills in litigation support, client communication, and case management.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in learning about the legal field from the ground up. No prior legal experience is required.
Responsibilities
Prepare basic templates and forms for attorney review
Organize and maintain digital and paper files
Assist with scheduling deadlines, meetings, and appointments
Provide administrative support for routine case management tasks
Draft and send standard correspondence
Assist with formatting, finalizing, and distributing documents
Occasional back-up support general office functions (answering phones, greeting clients, processing mail, ordering supplies)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
o Bachelor’s degree OR
o Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of office experience OR
o 2 years of general office/administrative experience
Skillset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Customer service mindset and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom, and basic office technology
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (occasional errands/travel required)
