Napier & George, PS, a Lynnwood plaintiff personal injury law firm, is seeking a full-time, experienced medical records management/analysis employee. This is an in-office position to start, with the potential to transition to partial or full remote work, based upon quality of work performed. We are looking for an employee to gather, collate, and review medical records and billing statements, prepare a medical chronology, and perhaps some preparation of settlement demands as well, if willing and able.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position is required. Prior insurance industry or medical industry experience is a plus. Basic requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proof reading, as well as strong computer skills which include proficiencies in Adobe Acrobat and Office 365 Suite (including, but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive). Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and case management software is a plus. Also required is a good attitude and a willingness to help create a fun work environment.
This position offers competitive pay based on experience (ranging from $22-30/hr) as well as benefits (medical, 401k, etc).
