ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA.

We are looking for a Relationship Specialist to join our Business Development Team. The right candidate will have an outgoing, fun, and professional personality. This person will enjoy meeting new people and developing ongoing relationships, by visiting insurance agent’s offices throughout King and S. King Counties. Company vehicle not guaranteed, but an option. Participate in marketing events, such as continuing education classes, trade shows, symposiums, and golf tournaments.

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Though our home office is in Woodinville, the right candidate would have an option of working out of our satellite Renton office helping to reduce their daily commute and staying closer to the assigned south-end marketing accounts.

We require a person that is strong in building and maintaining our already established office relationships, show pride in what they do and the company they represent. We will train the right person in everything they would need to be successful in this unique and competitive industry. The top candidate will be someone with professional integrity, who is passionate about customer relationships and open to learning new, innovative, and creative ways to grow our business.

Must possess great follow-up, scheduling, and time management skills. A qualified candidate must have basic computer skills, typing ability, applied knowledge, and understanding of a CRM and its benefits.

Benefits available for full-time (30 + hours a week) employees:

Vacation –

· 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)

· 2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks

· 5th- 14th year= 3 weeks

· 15th year and on= 4 weeks

This position offers an hourly rate of $20 to $22/hr, plus bonuses. Last year our top earner bonused $22,000 and our lowest bonused $12,600. The pay range including bonus and base last year was $56,600 - $70,000. Marketing materials, great coworkers & fashionable company apparel choices provided.

Requirements

Strong people and communication skills

Prior sales experience preferred, but not required, can train.

Must be happy, outgoing, and enjoy meeting people and building relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel specifically) and able to quickly learn new software.

Understands and is willing to learn a CRM platform.

Stellar written and oral communication skills

Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
