We’re a private structural engineering firm located on the Eastside. We work mainly on buildings and urban infrastructures, providing design phase and construction phase services.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing and business development expertise. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in driving the company's marketing efforts by coordinating and leading various initiatives. This position will be responsible for creating proposals and responding to requests for statement of qualifications, recruiting and lead generation using Mailchimp campaigns, SEO optimization, social media campaign management, and setting up meet-n-greet events. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with executive team members to collect data and execute marketing strategies aligned with our objectives.
Ideally, you excel at taking the lead in your day-to-day tasks but are also flexible when different needs and priorities arise throughout the day. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating regularly with the team. You have impeccable grammar and spelling, poring over your work to ensure it is correct.

Responsibilities:
1. Daily Marketing Writing Production using Word, PowerPoint and InDesign:
Coordinate, write, edit, proofread, and prepare items such as statements of qualifications, proposals, resumes, brochures, project descriptions and communication pieces (press-releases, articles, and newsletters).
Lead proposal and qualification document production efforts from start to submission.
Support the digital presence by website updates, social media content creation and scheduling and email marketing campaigns.
Other duties associated with supporting the marketing function as needed
2. Collaboration with Leadership:
Collaborate with executive team members as well as other team members to ensure cohesive execution of marketing projects and strategies.
Collect data on marketing initiatives, analyze results, and provide insights for future strategy development.
Track and maintain internal content files both on the company network and online.
3. Social Media Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media analytics to identify trends, optimize content, and measure campaign performance.
4. Recruiting and Lead Generation using Mailchimp Campaigns:
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp to attract potential clients and recruit new team members.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven improvements to optimize results.
5. SEO Optimization:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledgeable using Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and Visme.
Familiarity with social media content via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Proven experience in social media campaign management and email marketing.
Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of A/E/C industry trends and best practices is a plus.
