We are seeking a Multi-Cultural Coordinator who is eager to celebrate, teach, and share the richness of their cultural background with others. Punjabi, Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Malay, Vietnamese, Hindi, Persian, Tamil, German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Japanese, Dutch, Arabic, Portuguese, Polish, Urdu, Hungarian, Gujarati, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Ilocano, Danish, Finnish, Turkish, and every culture in Seattle not on this list are all and all welcome!
About the Role:
✅ Engage with community members online to impart the history, traditions, stories, music, art, and cuisine of your culture.
✅ Organize and conduct online sessions and workshops that aim to increase cultural understanding and appreciation.
✅ Collaborate with a multi-cultural team to design engaging curriculum and material.
✅ Offer insights into best practices to foster intercultural communication.
Requirements:
✅ A deep appreciation and understanding of your ethnic culture.
✅ Willingness to share. We understand that English might not be your first language and that's okay!
✅ Basic understanding of Messenger or Zoom platforms.
✅ Passion for education and intercultural connection.
✅ Enthusiasm for working with a diverse community.
