1. Must be able to work remote for a short period of time then transition into the office. Remote allows for free thinking but can also hinder productivity. Office work creates a symbiotic working environment where the team members can collaborate.
2. Must be highly proficient in ad writing and modification on a scheduled basis as needed.
3. Must be very proficient in Social Media marketing and continous group postings etc.
4. Must have the ability to learn our processes and handle all transactions as they arrive in our system
5. Must have the ability to stay organized and operate on a swivel for the constantly pivoting workload
6. Must be willing to grow with the company, be a self starter, be a creative solution partner, and most of all have a personality that blends with that of the team.
The work load will mostly be Monday through Friday but there is the occasional weekend necessity to keep processes moving.
There will be the opportunity for performance bonuses based on the production of the team.
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance will be available after 90 days.
