Outstanding Aerospace Painter needed for exciting opportunity!
Rapidly growing aerospace finishing company in Mukilteo is looking for an outstanding Aerospace Painter with recent experience. Must have experience reading shop travelers, mil-specs, and drawings. Excellent communication skills and experience with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements. Shipping and Final Inspection for Painted Components
Strong communication skills and experience in the final inspection of aerospace painted and anodized parts.
Ability to read blueprints
Have experience with packaging labeling
Computer skills to pack out jobs and able to interpret customer purchase order requirements.
Waterjet Technician
Water Jet Technician with experience with an Omax 5 axis waterjet machine. Able to operate, Troubleshoot, program, and maintain the machine.
Assistant Operation Manager
You will direct day-to-day manufacturing shop activities, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement successful management strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee cost-effective manufacturing operations for a range of products.
2. Manage the consistent output of a team of 40 employees daily.
3. Deliver productivity targets within allocated budgets.
4. Liaise with suppliers, management and contractors.
5. Distribute responsibilities across departments, building efficiencies and utilizing available manpower to improve results.
6. Conduct workforce training and development.
7. Supervise a range of skilled and unskilled workers.
8. Ensure quality controls and equipment maintenance programs are enforced including AS9100 and NADCAP certifications.
9. Improve business processes.
10. Tertiary qualifications in management.
11. At least 5 years’ experience in mid-size manufacturing management.
12. Improve Business processes.
13. Motivation to drive continuous improvement processes and ensure that capacity is maximized.
