Thready is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator who is comfortable working in a team environment. Primary duties include operating a Tajima multi-head industrial size embroidery machine, running orders, and meeting daily deadlines while maintaining overall quality.
We have two positions available, part-time and full-time. We are able to be flexible with your hours and try to work around your schedule for the part-time position. Pay is relative to experience and/or the skill set of the applicant.
Responsibilities of Embroidery Machine Operator:
Efficient and safe operation of multi-head embroidery machinery; consistently meets goals.
Maintains an understanding of the operating procedure in the department.
Performs quality production at reasonable speeds.
Ensures that targets are met for quality, productivity, and lead time with minimal misprints.
Maintains a clean, well-organized work area, and adheres to safe work practice.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Skills and Characteristics of Embroidery Machine Operator:
MUST have embroidery experience.
Experience with Tajima machines preferred but not mandatory.
Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality.
Possesses accountability.
