The Lead should have the ability to back-up the Production Test Supervisor by having competency in performing any of their Principal Responsibilities related to CCA manufacturing
Motivated, well cross trained employees with a positive “can do” attitude and ability to work in different areas as needed
Work Order & work team integration with other shifts and departments.
Minimization of OT
Willingness to embrace change and work with management to implement improvements to CCA mfg operations
Establish and maintain good communication methods with other shifts, Supervisors, and Management.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
TEST TECH I: Must have the ability to identify and understand the basic function of various electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, and IC's. Ability to operate basic Test Equipment (multi-meters, scopes, ATE's). Must demonstrate understanding of basic electronic theory (resistance, capacitance, Ohm's Law, etc.). Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of CCA failures caused by minor obvious manufacturing errors, such as solder bridges & opens, missing parts, backward components. Reports to Test Supervisor
TEST TECH II: Posses all the skills of Test Technician I as well as being able to demonstrate understanding of advanced electronic theory, such as amplifier gain, active and passive filter networks, Digital and logic circuitry, etc. Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot to the component level. Reports to Test Supervisor.
TEST LEAD: Posses all the skills of Test Technician I and Test Technician II as well as being able to direct the work of others per the instructions and plans given to them by a Supervisor. Ability to handle minor employee H.R. issues (disputes, discipline to company policies/rules,etc.).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associates degree in Electronics or certification program requiring two years to complete preferred, or 1-3 years related experience and/or training. Working knowledge of Electronic Theory and component level [digital and analog] troubleshooting practices required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

BENEFITS:
Salary range: $20/hr to $25/hr, plus overtime as needed
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm or 3:00pm – 11:30pm
