We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic full-time Fulfillment Specialist to join our Seattle team! The Fulfillment Specialist will assist in the preparation of products, shipment of orders, and receiving. You will be working in person in our Pioneer Square office!
Standard working hours will be Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with opportunities for additional hours based on volume.
Responsibilities for Fulfillment Support Specialist
Process and fulfill orders for documents, accessories, and learning materials
Review orders and documents for typos and styling
Proven experience in working in fulfillment operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with ShipStation a plus!
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn - we will train the right person!
