We’re a small, growing IT company looking for a part-time team member to help with sales outreach and admin support. This is a great role if you’re organized, enjoy talking with people, and like variety in your day.
What you’ll do:
Reach out to potential business clients (email, phone, LinkedIn).
Qualify leads and set up meetings for our account managers.
Assist with invoicing, scheduling, and general customer communication.
Keep things organized in our CRM and spreadsheets.
Help with light admin/office tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Clear and friendly communication skills (phone/email).
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
Experience in sales, customer service, or admin support is a plus.
Details:
Part-time: 15–20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE.
