Small business in Kirkland is seeking the right person for a challenging and fulfilling office admin position. We are a fast-paced and growing business and this position is available immediately. Job description includes the following:
- Customer Service (phone, email, in-person)
- Data entry (attention to detail very important)
- Ability to interpret and fully understand customer purchase orders
- Communicate with clients and internal staff regarding job details and updates
- Light filing
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and Word
- Ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
