Chiropractic and massage office looking for an up-beat, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated person with great customer service skills. Familiarity with basic insurance billing processes is a must, chiropractic experience a plus (have you worked with JANE software?). Customer-facing experience, initiative, and solutions-oriented skills are key.
Duties: Multi-tasking including but not limited to scheduling in person and on the phone, responding to emails, scanning and organizing documents, answering questions about insurance, collecting payments, performing general administrative duties. P/T 30-35 hours.
