COMMERCIAL/UTILITY CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Construction and/or plumbing experience (underground utilities a plus)
Familiar with construction contracts
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Accurate keyboard/typing
10-key desktop calculator
Good organizational skills
Ability to file accurately
Knowledge of Sage/Timberline software
Basic accounting knowledge
Office machines: copy, print, scan, fax, phone, computer
Ability to multi-task – frequently fast-paced
