Olympic Cascade Aquatics is seeking a reliable person to join our family as a concierge. Most of our staff have been with us for 2 years or longer. We strive to find the right people to fit into our positive work environment. We like to have fun, to keep the job stress free, and to make everyone feel like family. We are looking for people with hospitality and computer experience.
This position can be full or part time depending on your needs and willingness to train in other areas. Health and retirement benefits eligible for full time staff. Compensation is competitive and premium pay for private swimming lessons.
Shifts start at the following times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm, Saturday at 1:30 pm, and Sunday at 10:00 am.
Responsibilities include: Guest relations, cash management, computer use, cleaning and other duties. If you chose to become lifeguard certified you could be teaching group and private swim lessons to all ages and abilities, coaching fitness swimming, mentoring younger athletes and providing a positive environment for swimmers to develop and learn a skill for life.
Interested applicants should be a positive team player, be self motivated, have reliable transportation, be responsible, and be dependable.
The bulk of our program schedule is in the evenings and weekends which will be required for this position.
Local candidate preferred. We do not pay relocation costs.

Salary with no experience: $12.50/hour (Cashier/Lifeguard) to $25.00/hour (Private Lessons). Lessons wages and applicants with experience will receive higher wages.
