Subcontract Admin Responsibilities
Produce, edit and process subcontracts, change orders & purchase orders from draft documents provided by Project Managers
Edit AIA documents from drafts provided by Project Managers
Distribute/scan documents to subcontractors & company filing systems
Coordinate with accounting for setting up new vendors & suppliers
Coordinate/communicate with management & accounting on any issues
Professional Qualifications & Skills
This is an in office position
Experience with Viewpoint & Procore software highly preferred
Prior or similar work experience a plus
Advanced knowledge & use of Microsoft Office 365
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Self motivated & accepting of an open office environment
Hourly position with Benefit package
