Sixty01 Condominiums is a master planned community consisting of 770 residences and ample amenities in Redmond, Washington. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for resident walk-ins and phone calls regarding general requests or questions. The Front Desk Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support for Sixty-01 staff and operations of the community association. They effectively prioritize and efficiently manage workload to ensure that critical timelines are met. This is a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
Hours 12PM-5:30PM
Primary Responsibilities:
Answers phones, ensures that the main console is attended at all times, responds to all emergency situations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized and well-maintained.
Process resident requests, work orders, and maintenance issues, promptly forwarding them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the association's services, amenities, and policies to effectively assist residents and address inquiries.
Maintain accurate records, files and databases, both in physical and electronic formats.
Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks, ensuring the timely and precise input of information into databases or systems, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining security measures, such as visitor logs, key cards, and access control systems.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations and effective communication.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse individuals.
Strong organizational, multitasking, & time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and internet research.
Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and demanding situations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle resident inquiries or complaints with tact and diplomacy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with property management or homeowner association operations is desirable but not required.
