Matsenko Auto, a busy auto body and mechanical shop in Tacoma, WA, is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow.
Use CCC ONE and other shop software to check repair status, update estimates, and track parts.
Help organize paperwork, invoices, and payments.
Support the shop team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or front desk role (preferred).
Computer-savvy and comfortable learning new programs and websites.
Knowledge of CCC ONE or similar estimating systems is a big plus.
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
