Service Advisor — Auto Body & Mechanical Shop
Full Time | Monday–Saturday | $25–$30 per hour
We are looking for a reliable, articulate service advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate is comfortable being the first point of contact for customers, and making a strong impression that reflects our shop’s quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, timelines, and estimates.
Create and update repair orders via our insurance software.
Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department.
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates.
Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to stay organized, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual with reliable transportation.
Computer and phone communication skills.
Experience in auto repair or collision industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage.
