Position includes front desk and office support: answering phones, scheduling patients, providing excellent customer service, entering patient information into EMR, sending emails, and other standard medical office procedures.
The ideal candidate has:
- At least two years experience in a front desk position at a medical facility
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (EMR/EHR)
- Is comfortable working with patients on the phone and in person
- Is confident on computers
- Is kind and caring towards others
- Has employment references.
More about the position:
- Approximately 36-40 hours a week
- Typical hours are: 8:15 AM to 5:15pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

- Starting hourly pay: $26 per hour
- When 90 day probationary period is completed, $2 increase in hourly rate, Regence insurance medical benefits at no additional cost, and accured vacation time are available.
