Office Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing the front desk, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Answers incoming telephone calls in a pleasant and timely manner.

Ascertains nature of caller's inquiry and directs caller to appropriate department or individual.

Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, if required, and contacts departments or individual.

Reads and routes incoming mail.

Composes and prepares routine correspondence.

Manages purchasing and leasing of office business machines

Manages postage meter lease, supplies, etc

Maintains fleet vehicles (files, review and approve repairs, maintenance request, etc)

Manages and maintains company’s cell phones

Files correspondence and other records.

Add, remove, make changes for all employees for medical plan

Conduct general on boarding process for new employees

Update employee handbook

Manages vacation requests and maintain attendance records

Event planning

Create, update and finalize AIA documents

Orders supplies, clothing and safety items, promotional items, company printed forms, etc

Water interior plants

Update and manage shared calendar for company meetings and events

Renew memberships

Travel planner & assistance (reservations, lodging, car rental, etc)

Maintains highest level of confidentiality at all times.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

8 hour shift in the office (no hybrid or remote)

Monday to Friday

Qualifications and associated attributes:

Associate degree (preferred)

3- 5 years’ experience in Reception/Admin Function preferred.

Should possess excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Should have good computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to Commute:

Issaquah, WA 98027 (Required)
