We are an Asian dry grocery distribution warehouse with attached office. We are local to Washington State and have been in business for over 40 years; supplying Washington's grocery markets and restaurants with Asian goods. Your main duties will include:
All outbound shipping for local deliveries via our own trucks and coordinating with freight companies on pick ups.
Paperwork for all outbound shipments including BOL, invoices, pack lists. This also includes filing of paperwork and charging customers that want to pay via credit card (but not AR for the accounts). Must be good with paperwork! Most of our customers don't use email and still prefer paper trails.
Handling returns and managing inventory status of out of stock items
Communication between sales team and warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
Must have basic computer knowledge: email, pdfs, documents, excel
No experience required. We will train you for the position. But it's fast paced so you need to be able to handle stress.
You also MUST speak English + a second language (preferably Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Spanish, or another Southeast Asian language) as we will need your help with communication with the warehouse.
