Join Our Team as a Patient Care Coordinator!

We are an endodontic office dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our community. With our patient-centric approach, state-of-the-art facilities, and a talented team of professionals, we strive to promote oral health and wellness for everyone. We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic and contribute to our mission.

What We Offer:

-Competitive Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience

-Full-time, 4 days a week (7 AM - 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

-Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.

-Assist patients in completing necessary forms and paperwork.

-Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively.

-Handle incoming calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism.

Insurance Coordination:

-Verify and update patient insurance information accurately.

-Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations, following up on outstanding claims.

-Clearly explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients.

Administrative Support:

-Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health records system.

-Handle billing and financial transactions, processing payments and issuing receipts.

-Keep the waiting area clean and organized, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

-Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Team Collaboration:

-Collaborate with dental professionals and staff to ensure seamless patient care.

-Communicate effectively with team members to share important information and updates.

-Coordinate with referring offices on patient care and communications.

Problem Resolution:

-Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.

-Work with patients to find solutions for scheduling conflicts or financial challenges.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Location: In person (office is located on First Hill in Seattle by Swedish Hospital).
