Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant
Construction and remodeling business is seeking a highly organized individual, with exceptional attention to detail, to join our team of project coordinators. This position coordinates detailed, and time sensitive, information between our clients and superintendents while being responsible for ordering materials and having them on-site when needed.
This position will also perform basic office functions like filing, data entry, expense entry, and accounting for projects.
Preferred skill set:
Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Must have go-getter and positive attitude. Being a creative thinker/problem solver is a real benefit to this position.
Easy to work with, ability to build positive relationships and rapport with vendors at major distribution centers.
Great relationships go a long way!
Must be able to manage stress and unknown situations with grace under pressure.
Material ordering experience preferred.
Data entry experience preferred.
Knowledge of construction processes, procedures and materials/tools is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, a willingness to work hard, and be trustworthy. We work four 10 hour days, Monday through Thursday 7am to 5:30pm.
