Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly, answer phone calls, manage schedules, maintain a clean and organized reception area and sports facility, and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of or experience in baseball necessary.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
Knowledge of or experience in baseball is a bonus.
Position is for evenings and weekends only.
