Busy roofing company seeking receptionist/administrative assistant.
Job Duties would include:
-Roofing Experience a huge plus
-Taking all incoming office calls
-Scheduling leads for sales consultants
-Assisting Production department with scheduling, customer communication
-Keeping office clean and organized
-Will be responsible for data entry, filing and scanning documents. Will be the first contact with customers and need to be friendly and outgoing.
-Working in Scheduling program
-Ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccably organized, ability to be productive independently, basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Job Location: Snohomish
Hours: M - F / 8:00am - 4:30pm
