Service Coordinator:

Are you organized? Love solving customers inquiries and helping solve problems? Trinity Gate and Door is looking for you! Trinity is a well established, 40 year old, general and specialty electrical contractor that specializes in working with Industrial, Commercial, Residential Property Management companies and HOA's to perform Automated security gate maintenance, repairs, upgrades, services and access control installations.

The service Coordinator is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers.

Typical duties required;

- Answering incoming calls

- Working with service manager on multiple projects at a time

- Scheduling work with internal field staff and external customers

- Create workorders

- Track field personnel timecards

- Entering projects in Quickbooks

- Prepares, assembles, and sends out proposals and contracts

- Tracks and maintains progress sheets for all proposals, quote summaries, and contracts

Job Requirements;

- 2-4 years of experience in maintenance/construction field as a dispatcher

- Regular attendance

- General working knowledge and understanding of construction/maintenance terminology and requirements; Strong familiarity with Puget Sound area

- Ability to present self in a professional manner and represent the company image

- Ability to work in fast paced environment

- Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively

- Demonstrated skill in correct grammar, spelling, and English usage

- Demonstrated focus on technical accuracy and clarity in preparation of contracts and proposals

- Knowledge of general office procedures. High-level of computer skills. Demonstrated skill in operating a computer and ability to learn the use of specific software programs including word processing, Excel, spreadsheet, and desk top publishing. Ability to format and compose computer correspondence and documents

- Ability to set up and maintain accurate filing systems

- Skill in telephone and in-person reception

- Skill in effective customer service

- Ability to attend to detail and follow tasks through to completion

- Ability to organize and set priorities for work

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers
