SUMMARY
We are seeking skilled Building Engineers (with varying experience) to join our team. As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various systems within our buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues. RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
Fabricate and install components using stick welding techniques
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the building
SKILLS + ABILITIES
Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues
Experience with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and schematics
Industrial electrician certification is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
