High producing residential Real Estate Broker hiring assistant to perform diverse real
estate and administrative duties to help organize & build Real Estate business.

Key Duties:
- Overseeing listing preparation projects such as scheduling vendors & managing workflow
- Supporting broker in client-facing duties as needed, including home showings, hosting open houses or attending inspections
- Handling client care including closing gifts, anniversary gifts, assisting with client events
More About the Team:
- You are joining a small team comprised of Broker, 1 full time and 1 part time assistant
- Time obligation is typically 40 hours a week, though can be variable based on the time of year
- Combination of some hours at office at Green Lake, tasks outside of office, and work from home. Office time is regular, though not necessarily daily.
Additional Requirements & Perks:
- Current WA real estate license is not required, but candidate must become licensed
within 60 days of hire. Broker will pay for licensing classes and testing, licensing & renewal fees, continuing education, recurring dues, and desk/office fees.
- Compensation is salary & bonus-based. Total compensation is commensurate with business generated by Broker, approximately $100,000/year.
- Must have own car, suitable for showing of clients. Car must be insured. $100/month provided in gas money paid by Broker.
