Strong, on-site Resident Manager/ Team needed for three 1920’s brick properties (83 units total) in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Buildings are located within a mile from each other. Position requires an average of 30-40 hours per week (workload varies day-to-day). Must have flexible schedule, be organized, have excellent people skills, and be self-motivated. Maintenance/ construction/ real-estate background is a plus, but not necessary. Job requirements include, but are not limited to, maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, scheduling contractors/ acquiring bid/ managing projects, collecting/depositing rents, preparing and leasing units, completing paperwork in a timely manner, and maintaining tenant relations. Must have a computer and be familiar with using Excel, Word, etc.
Compensation: $4400/month (less rent credit); plus $30/ month phone credit; eligible for health care benefits
NOTE: Manager to live on-site at Buckley; currently have studio options available ($1535 - $1735; includes water/ sewer/ trash and heat) – if needed, can relocate to a larger when available (rent rate TBD)
Start date: September 1, 2024 (possibly earlier)
