Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours/week (occasional Saturdays as needed). Typical hours 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; we’re flexible.

Position Overview
This role combines order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication. You’ll thrive here if you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process online orders in ShipStation (transfer, pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels).
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
Handle phone orders and provide customer support via phone and email.
Restock inventory and maintain organized work areas.
Assist with general office tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, website updates).
Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, professional service.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organization; able to prioritize in a fast pace.
Computer savvy; ShipStation, Slack, Groove Packer, Zendesk and QuickBooks
Familiarity using 3rd party Marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopping carts like WooCommerce a plus
Clear, friendly communication (written & verbal).
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
