National Appliance Liquidators is on the hunt for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Seattle headquarters and new Everett location, with plans to expand to two additional locations in the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operations Leadership: Supervise and manage all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics between locations.
-Inventory & Freight Management: Process shipments, freight, and inventory using our POS system and freight terminal software.
-Staging & Prepping: Oversee the staging and preparation of appliances for local and freight deliveries, ensuring items are properly packed, labeled, and ready for transport.
-Hands-On Support: Move and handle heavy appliances using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts as needed (forklift certification is a plus).
-Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational needs, create action plans, and ensure workflows run smoothly.
-Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the warehouse team to maintain high productivity, safety, and organization standards.
-Scalability: Play a pivotal role in scaling operations and logistics for new locations.
-Continuous Improvement: Utilize downtime to implement process improvements and drive company growth.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience: Proven track record in warehouse management and/or logistics, with experience handling large, heavy products like appliances or furniture.
-Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computers, freight software, and POS systems is essential.
-Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy appliances (with proper equipment assistance).
-Problem Solver: Resourceful, adaptable, and able to execute plans with minimal oversight.
