The main focus of this position is to help oversee our coffee production to insure accurate processing of customer coffee orders.
Production Lead
Keep up on supply inventory and order as needed.
Help process daily shipments.
Work on larger project-type orders as needed.
Insure the production area is kept neat and clean on a daily basis
Build rapport with wholesale and retail customers and provide the highest level of customer service.
Professionally handle complaints, questions and requests from customers and Caffe staff.
Qualifications:
Some customer service back ground beneficial.
Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions.
Exceptional people skills; team work is essential.
Good verbal communication skills.
Driver's license with clean driving record would be beneficia
