Description:
Won’s Asian Market in Marysville is hiring a part-time meat department staff member to handle all operations of the meat section.
We’re looking for a responsible and hardworking individual — experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Schedule:
– Work days: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat or Sun (choose one)
– Wednesday shift starts at 12 PM
– Flexible start time on other days
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily operations of the meat department
– Cut, trim, and prepare meat using slicers, bone saws, and knives
– Display and organize meat products properly
– Receive and organize incoming deliveries
– Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
– Check inventory and prepare order sheets for suppliers
Requirements:
– Meat cutting experience preferred, but training available
– Ability to safely use slicers, saws, and knives
– Must be able to lift 50 lbs or heavier items when needed
– Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
– Strong sense of responsibility and independence
Pay:
– $20/hour (based on experience)
