From packing & shipping to processing returns, you’ll work closely with the warehouse and styling teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Are you ready for a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the engine that keeps the fashion rental world spinning? As an Armoire Associate, you'll be working behind the scenes to make sure our clients get the fabulous outfits they love, all while staying active and getting your steps in for the day!
What You'll Do:
Get Moving with Client Shipping: You’ll hand-pick, steam, fold, and ship out clothing items to clients, making sure everything is perfectly packed and ready to impress. This job isn’t just sitting behind a desk—expect to be on your feet, reaching up high, bending down low, and lifting items (up to 30 lbs). It’s like your daily workout, but with fashion!
Handle with Care: Incoming garments? You’ll inspect, process, and make sure everything is in top-notch condition for the next renter. Worn garments may come back with some “character” (think perfume or body odor), but you’ll make sure they’re ready for their next adventure in someone’s closet.
Warehouse Vibes: This isn’t your typical office job. You’ll be in a warehouse, so keep in mind—it gets chilly in the winter and warm in the summer. The physical nature of the job includes repetitive tasks like folding, steaming, and organizing throughout the day, so you’ll always be in motion.
Team Support & Problem Solving: When you’re not busy with shipping and garment care, you’ll be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly. Whether it’s helping with repairs, solving fulfillment issues, or jumping in to help with events, no two days are exactly the same!
