- excellent customer service

- able to walk and stand for 8-12 hours at a time

- experience working with the public
- mature, calm demeanor
You will be:
Wearing body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit
Engaging in high volume face-to-face public interactions
Writing detailed and accurate incident reports
Maintaining a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity
Ensuring safety and security of site staff and visitors
Providing an empathetic approach to managing escalated situations
Contributing to the overall bus riding experience for riders by providing superior customer care
