Duties and Responsibilities:
Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
Wear body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit
Engage in high volume face-to-face public interactions
Write detailed and accurate incident report
Maintain a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity
Ensure safety and security of site staff and visitors
Provide empathetic approach to managing escalated situations
Contribute to the overall experience by providing superior customer care
Requirements:
Are at least 21 years of age
Have a minimum of 2 years Security or Military experience
Have a valid WA STATE driver’s license with a clean driving record
Are able to provide proof of High School diploma, GED or higher education
Possess a valid Washington State Security License
Skill set:
Have effective verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service
Please note, successful candidates must complete a mandatory 5-day paid training course in Renton.
