We specialize in premium and name-brand appliances at deep discounts, serving homeowners, contractors, flippers, and builders. We’re expanding fast and looking for motivated salespeople who want to grow with us and take ownership of their success.
Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Sales Associate to join our team. Whether you’re working with a walk-in customer or replying to leads from Facebook, Craigslist, or other platforms, we want someone who is driven, proactive, and comfortable with both retail and digital sales.
This role offers hourly pay plus a tiered commission structure based on volume and performance. We also offer bonus opportunities for meeting sales goals and developing wholesale or builder accounts.
All training will take place at our Seattle showroom for the first 45–60 days, regardless of which location you’re ultimately placed at.
What You'll Do
-Assist retail customers in-store and via phone, text, and email
-Follow up with leads from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platforms
-Create and manage marketplace listings and basic social media posts
-Track sales activity, quotes, and customer interactions
-Learn product lines and pricing structures
-Help maintain a clean, welcoming showroom
-Support wholesale and builder sales opportunities
-Work inside our POS/inventory system (Lightspeed)
What We’re Looking For
-Motivated, sales-driven mindset
-Comfortable communicating with customers and closing sales
-Confident using technology, including phones, tablets, and point-of-sale systems
-Ability to create listings and respond quickly on Facebook, OfferUp, Craigslist, etc.
-Organized, reliable, and self-starting — no micromanagement here
-Previous experience in appliance, furniture, car, or retail sales is a plus
-Experience with builder accounts, designers, or contractors is a bonus
Compensation
-Hourly wage
-Tiered commission structure based on performance and sales volume
-Monthly bonuses tied to goals and metrics

Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Must be available to train at Seattle location for the first 45–60 days
Schedule may include weekdays and weekends based on store needs
