Automotive Service Writer And Adviser:
Tacoma Automotive Repair and Tire Shop is looking for a Reliable and Experienced Service Writer and Adviser.
Must have Excellent People and Sales Performance Skills and have Knowledge of Automotive Repairs.
We're looking for someone who is Self Motivated with High Sales and Closing Skills to Maximize Sales Performance.

Responsibilities:
Meet and Greet customers
Service Write customers
Answer Incoming phone calls
Explain and Sell needed repairs
Up Sell other repair needs and preventive maintenance
Inventory Control; ordering, restocking and parts returns
Schedule Appointments from incoming phone calls and internet
Provide Excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle
Explain to customers about services performed, price information and warranties
Communicate with parts suppliers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand
