525 Advisors LLC is an independent insurance agency specializing in long-term care insurance. We are recognized nationally as a top-producing agency in the field of long-term care insurance. Our success is based on an educational approach to helping our clients. We believe in honesty and working for our clients and reject high pressure sales tactics.

We host Long-Term Care Radio which airs weekly on radio stations in Seattle and Denver. Our podcast is distributed nationwide. We conduct live webinars each month and drive attendance through the radio/podcast and email marketing. We are looking for a new team member who will be able to help us cultivate the warm leads that come in from our marketing efforts and follow up with the prospects throughout the sales process. There is no outbound cold calling involved. All prospects have contacted us directly looking for a long-term care solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Follow up with prospects that have reached out to us.

· Answer questions and provide them with information and guide them to resources we have developed.

· Pre-sales support- gather information to prepare them for a call with the agent to design their custom plan, this includes collecting personal and financial data necessary to design a custom plan.

· Coordinate initial meeting and assist the advisor through the design and application process.

· Continue to follow up with prospects after initial meeting to help them through the process.

· Follow up with existing clients and manage ongoing client relations

Experience to help:

· Prior experience in Insurance, Financial Sales, Mortgage, or related professional services is a plus but not mandatory.

You will need to be willing and able to continually educate yourself on issues regarding long-term care planning as well as the available insurance products offered in the market today.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Your primary responsibility will be to support our team and guide qualified leads through our educational sales approach.

A flexible schedule is available, but we are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week Monday through Friday during normal office hours. Our office is located in Bellevue, WA. Partially remote work will be available only after training and proven competency in job duties.

This job includes a base salary with monthly per-deal bonuses, and we expect annual income to exceed 40k a year as a flexible part-time position. We are looking for an honest, professional team member who enjoys helping others.
