Commercial Project Manager
ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA.
Position Overview:
Executes sales strategy, as developed by company and sales leadership, to ensure company goals are achieved. Manages commercial projects within the commercial marketplace.
Develop and Maintain Relationships – Engage with insurance professionals and customers to grow your client base.
Drive Sales & Earnings – Your income is based on performance, so the more you put in, the more you make!
Work In & Out of the Office – Balance in-office planning with on-the-ground customer interactions.
Manage Multiple Projects – Stay organized while working with clients at different stages of the insurance repair process.
What to expect:
$4,500/month base salary (54k annually) + unlimited bonuses + car allowance!
Top earners made $200K+ last year—with no cap on commissions!

The hours are primarily Monday - Friday, standard business hours, with on-call requirements as needed—so a flexible work schedule is required.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus performance bonuses, a car allowance, and benefits.

Job Responsibilities
Identifies and prioritize target accounts for direct reports and individual portfolio.
Collaborate with management and functional departments (e.g. Marketing, Operations) to implement efficiency on large projects.
Proactively identifies, maintains, and expands relationships with accounts’ decision makers and influencers.
Solidifies and expands client relationships with regular communication via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings as necessary.
Oversees account penetration and growth strategies for contracted accounts and adherence of the corporate and network service delivery to contracted standards.
Job Requirements
2+ years of Sales Experience
Experience within a related field is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM
Strategic thinking, complex problem solving and decision making
Collaborative working style with strong organization and time management skills
Travel in the U.S. up to 5-10% yearly. Specifically, for natural disaster relief efforts.
Must have a valid WA State Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Background check and drug screening required
Use of personal vehicle required (car allowance provided)
