Areté Lawn Care Services, a leading provider of recurring lawn care maintenance, is looking to expand its sales team with the addition of two energetic and persuasive sales representatives. We are seeking individuals who are professional, motivated, and enthusiastic about working directly with customers in a door-to-door sales environment.
Compensation:
$20 per hour plus performance-based bonuses
Requirements:
Experience: Sales or Customer Service, 1 year (Preferred)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Travel to residential areas within Puyallup and surrounding locations
Engage homeowners in conversation, promoting and selling recurring lawn care maintenance plans
Explain the benefits of our services, including weekly or biweekly mowing, edging, blowing, and comprehensive weed control
Meet or exceed personal sales targets as set by the sales management team
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company sales goals
Work Hours:
Part-time: Monday to Friday afternoons
Expected Results:
You should be able to walk down the street and signup someone for our recurring maintenance plans every hour.
