We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tree Estimator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assessing tree care and removal projects, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site assessments of tree care and removal projects.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential safety hazards and concerns related to the project.
Calculate the cost of tree removal project including labor, equipment, disposal and any additional services that may
need to be included such as stump grinding clean up debris.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate with project managers and crews to schedule and execute projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project details.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Help out as a tree worker if needed
Comfortable working at heights
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous experience in tree removal or related field a plus
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Familiar with relevant tools and equipment used in tree removal such as chain saws, chipper and cranes
Ability to work outdoor in various weather conditions
Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects, bending, stooping and climbing
